Terms & Conditions:

Payment
Payment for all items must be made and cleared before we will dispatch items to anyone.  If you wish to purchase more items and return the ones that do not fit, please feel free to do so and return items in the same state as you received them.

Returns
Must be made within 10 days of purchase. If you wish to purchase more items and return the ones that do not fit, please feel free to do so and return items in the same state as you received them.  You will be liable for postage and packaging on returns.
Items must be packaged in the appropriate manor as to avoid postage damage, be mostly un-worn, and clean and have no discernible odor or marks from (but not limited to) pets, smoke, dirt, grease, sweat blood, mud, dirt, food, children, etc.

RETURNS TO: Wolfrideclothing, 73 Upper Valley Road, Sheffield S8 9HA.

Refund
On returning an item, it will be inspected immediately and you will be refunded within 7 days of the items to be refunded arriving at our facilities.  Customers will be refunded in full and notified if there is a problem, or that the items have been refunded.

Our gift vouchers don't expire. so you can spend them anytime you like!

Liability
Wolfride clothing or any of its employees, business associates or suppliers are will not be legally responsible for any damages or injuries to themselves or third parties caused by supply or use of goods listed on this website or supplied by us.  The customer has a duty of care to look after their items and keep them in a serviceable way, making sure that they use sound judgment in order to make sure they are safe when wearing said items.  We do make sure that items do conform to regulation and are supplied and fit for the purpose intended.
